USPS Priority Mail delivers within 2-3 business days (in MOST cases) all over the United States, coast to coast -- with Saturday delivery included (for most locations).

Our shipping prices include handling, and will vary and/or change according to the USPS postage system cost. Once your product ships, you will receive a tracking number. Tracking numbers are usually updated 24 hours after they're issued, depending on the day of the week. However, if we drop off packages on a Friday evening, the tracking information will most likely be updated that following Monday.

All baked goods are made-to-order, packaged and shipped within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends) of when the order is received. It may take up to 5 business days to complete your order if we are extremely busy with lots of prior orders, so please be patient, as this is often the case.

If you require delivery on a specific date, you must contact us to make arrangements. We typically receive numerous orders per day for just one item, so please bear with us as we work hard to make sure each order is fresh and delicious. If you have a very large order, please note that more time will be needed. Please plan ahead and accordingly.

We try our best to ensure your package will arrive to you in good condition, but we cannot guarantee items inside the shipping box won't get shifted during transport. Many of our items are tender and delicate, so some bumps and bruises may occur, but again we will try our best to prevent that with proper packaging. If your shipment is damaged during transport due to shipping vendor negligence and abuse (meaning: torn, ripped or crushed boxes), please contact the shipping vendor immediately.

GCB does not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. Please note that shipping vendors have different policies depending on the U.S. location; please make sure you are aware of any specific delivery policies at your shipping destination that may affect the arrival of your order. Once a package is dropped off, it is no longer in our hands. If your item is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping vendor. Also, please contact us so that we're aware of the situation.

GCB is not responsible for goods damaged or delayed due to weather, due to the recipient not being at the shipping destination at the time of delivery, or due to product being left outside in warm or hot temperatures. GCB is not responsible for items being shipped to the wrong address. If you do not contact us with your correct shipping address immediately after your purchase, we will ship it to the address you provided.
